Chantelle Plauché, LCSW is the founder and executive director of RISE. She obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006 and has since worked with a diverse range of individuals and families as a mental health counselor both in the schools and in her private practice. She has formed strong working relationships with many local organizations and school and community program leaders. Through her work, she became aware of the much larger, unmet need for further youth mental health services in the community. In June 2015, Ms. Plauché founded L’esprit, a mental health center for youth and families. While L’esprit has tremendously grown over the past year, Chantelle has begun to develop her next vision: RISE, a non-profit organization whose mission and service are to support and sustain the youth of Park County.
Maria Mulvaugh, LCSW focuses her clinical work in middle and high school populations, with an emphasis on anxiety and trauma focused modalities. Maria is trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Behavior Therapy. She is currently working with the Strong Star Network, to provide structured PTSD modalities to individuals with complex trauma histories.
