Please join us on Saturday March 10th at Rise (118 S. Main Street) for this event to become a certified youth mental health first aid responder. The class is $25 per person and there are several scholarship opportunities available to make the class free, as well. Payment is done in person with cash or check (made out to Rise).
A young person you know could be experiencing a mental health or substance use problem. Learn an action plan to help.
Anyone 18 or older can take Youth Mental Health First Aid, but it is recommended for those who regularly have contact with young people ages 12-18 – parents, teachers, coaches, social workers, faith leaders, and other caring citizens.
