Chantelle Plauché, LCSW is the founder and executive director of RISE. She obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006 and has since worked with a diverse range of individuals and families as a mental health counselor both in the schools and in her private practice. She has formed strong working relationships with many local organizations and school and community program leaders. Through her work, she became aware of the much larger, unmet need for further youth mental health services in the community. In June 2015, Ms. Plauché founded L’esprit, a mental health center for youth and families. While L’esprit has tremendously grown over the past year, Chantelle has begun to develop her next vision: RISE, a non-profit organization whose mission and service are to support and sustain the youth of Park County.
